THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN THE CAT FACES STUDY

Our first study is now published and you can view a summary of our findings here.

If you would like to test your cat reading skills, you can take our cat faces quiz here.

We are interested in finding out whether people can detect whether cats are in positive or negative situations just from the cats’ faces alone. We are hoping to use this information to better understand cat welfare, and to develop novel tools for welfare assessment.

If you have any questions about this research please contact either Georgia Mason (gmason @ uoguelph.ca) or Lee Niel (niell @ uoguelph.ca)
